What to Know
Before Your Workout

FIRST TIME? COME EARLY

Plan to arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early for your first class. You’ll get a quick rundown of the Megaformer and Lagree Method, plus we’ll chat briefly about your fitness goals and what to expect.

BE ON TIME

Late entry is not allowed beyond 5 minutes after the class start time, and your spot may be given to a student on standby. Aim to arrive a few minutes early to make the most of your class from the very start!

GRIP SOCKS

These are required on our Megaformers. If you don’t yet have a pair, no problem! They are available for purchase at the studio.

WATER & TOWEL

We are going to sweat! Be sure to bring a big water bottle, electrolytes if you prefer, and have a towel handy.

AN OPEN MIND

Lagree can be challenging and humbling, so be ready to embrace the learning curve – you might just fall in love! Listen to your body AND your trainer. We’re with you every step of the way.
