The Megaformer provides a system of resistance and counter resistance that place muscles under constant tension, working them to their failure point. The Megaformer aka “Mega”

The entire workout is done on a machine called the Megaformer. The Megaformer was specifically designed for Lagree, and is rapidly changing the fitness industry by constantly evolving. Define provides the M3 Megaformer to give you a one-of-kind experience!

Spring Resistance

Loaded with eight springs, the M3 is a spring resistance based machine. The springs ensure the entire workout is low-impact and allow you to continuously control each movement. Working with spring resistance in a group class setting is great because the springs allow for a customized workout.

Carriage, Platforms, Handlebars, & More!

A moving carriage attached to the springs will glide between two platforms with two openings for hands or feet positioning depending on the move during the workout. The front platform on the M3 is fixed and has a unique angular shape for body alignment. The carriage also has a stability bar alongside for additional placement options for the hands. The front and back handlebars are easily adjustable. The elastic bungee strap and two sets of cables add the extra power to such a perfectly designed machine.
