New clients must arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early or you will be asked to reschedule your class. There is a lot to show you on the Megaformer and for your safety, we strictly enforce this policy.
- We require grip socks for all class participants for both safety and sanitary reasons. We have a variety for sale at the studio if needed.
- We recommend you bring a water bottle and towel for your workout.
We have a 3 minute grace period. So please arrive in a timely manner, or you will be charged for your class. New clients must arrive 10 minutes early.
We require 10-hour notice to cancel or switch a class. If you fail to cancel or switch your class prior to the 10-hour window, the following charges will apply: Monthly Unlimited Memberships & New Client 2 Week Trials will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee or a $20 no-show fee. Everyone else will simply lose that session from their single class, class package, or session based monthly membership. Due to limited Megaformers, there are no exceptions. This policy gives other clients adequate time to plan their workouts at DEFINE in our intimate group fitness setting.

Classes are 45 minutes. You are welcome to come 10 minutes earlier or stay after to stretch before/after your workout
There is street parking available on Rosecrans, Canon, and Upshur Streets. Please plan time for parking before class.
A client can be added to a class from the waitlist up to 10 hours before the class starts. For example, for a 6am class, you will be added up until 8pm the night before. If you are no longer interested in attending, be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist. If you’re signed up for multiple classes or waitlists, you will be responsible for payment for all of them unless you cancel outside of our 10 hour window. If it is past the 10 hour window, make sure to check the MindBody app or our website again in case a spot opened up last minute for you to grab.
Monthly Unlimited memberships allow 1 reservation per day. If you would like to take additional classes, you may do so for $10/class. Just sign up – we will take care of the charge for you!
All DEFINE memberships must be cancelled via email. Please email info@definelagree.com to cancel at least 14 days prior to your autopay date. All memberships require a 3 month or 3 purchase minimum. If you would like to cancel before your commitment is complete, you will be charged 50% of your monthly payment.
Subject to certain restrictions, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All classes and memberships are non-refundable.
